Dr. Alexia Soteropoulos, MD is a functional and integrative health practitioner, culinary medicine coach, speaker, corporate wellness and workshop facilitator, and author focused on helping people reclaim their health. She earned her undergraduate degree in psychology and her medical degree at Tufts University School of Medicine, and brings additional training in functional medicine, Ayurveda, and herbalism.
Her approach is rooted in root-cause medicine: understanding the underlying drivers of gut, hormone, energy, and mood challenges rather than managing symptoms in isolation. Her own journey through chronic symptoms that conventional medicine could not resolve became the foundation for her clinical philosophy and her mission to help women go beyond symptom management and restore genuine vitality.
Dr. Soteropoulos is the founder of Anasoma Integrative Wellness – working with clients all over the globe in her virtual and Boston-based integrative health practice.
